From 6:30 - 8:30pm, sip and savor in our cozy, historic lobby with live music setting the mood. Enjoy a curated dessert and cheese course from Bistro 1907, paired with a suite of wine tastings (and one full pour) from Shadowbuck. It’s the perfect way to wind down at the end of the week, indulging in fine flavors and good company!

MALBEC RELEASE WITH CHEF MYRON OCHAETA
TIERRA DE LOBOS FALL WINEMAKERS DINNER
NOVEMBER 2: 5:00 - 8:00 PM
Join us for a night of wine and culinary artistry with Tierra de Lobos Winery and guest chef Myron Ochaeta! This 4-course autumn menu begins with delicate Pacific Cod Cakes, followed by an apple and fennel salad with pecorino romano and walnuts. The star of the meal is a succulent braised duck with aromatic vegetables and wine-poached pear, followed by a delicious pumpkin parfait to celebrate the season. Each course will be thoughtfully paired with tastings from winemakers Adolfo and Gabino, including the much-anticipated pre-release of the 2019 Malbec.
