Join us for a night of wine and culinary artistry with Tierra de Lobos Winery and guest chef Myron Ochaeta! This 4-course autumn menu begins with delicate Pacific Cod Cakes, followed by an apple and fennel salad with pecorino romano and walnuts. The star of the meal is a succulent braised duck with aromatic vegetables and wine-poached pear, followed by a delicious pumpkin parfait to celebrate the season. Each course will be thoughtfully paired with tastings from winemakers Adolfo and Gabino, including the much-anticipated pre-release of the 2019 Malbec.
Available as a dinner exclusively, a one-night stay, or the full two-night weekend experience.
