For groups of up to 18
The elegant ruby parlor seats up to 18 in cozy upholstered comfort. The adjacent lobby is perfect for breakout groups.
THE DINING ROOM
For groups of up to 40
The Bistro Dining Room hosts beautiful private gatherings, and easily converts to a professional workshop setting for up to 40 attendees (conference room style or in pods).
THE GROUNDS
For groups large and small, up to 100+
Our expansive gardens, slate patio, and manicured lawns are versatile for a variety of events. Tables and chairs can be added for up to 100 participants (more with outside rentals).
Partial day rentals
Don't need full days? Every private event contract at the Balch is customized to include everything you need (and nothing you don't.) We can tailor the number of rental hours to suit your project.
Meal options
Meeting and retreat packages include our chef's choice of food and beverage to keep you energized throughout the day. Are you passing on meals, or prefer a different menu? We're flexible! Final pricing will reflect your specific choices.

Back here at the Balch, evenings around the fire pit sipping hot or cold beverages inspires relaxation and conversation. And when the work or world gets overwhelming, our on site spa with a solo treatment room is a rejuvenating experience that nurtures your guests.
